Cold showers for fun

Not because you want to stop an erection/thoughts of sex. Does anyone else here like taking an ice cold shower? I find it wakes me up like there is no tomorrow, especially when I turn it cold enough to feel the strain on my heart and lungs.

I like to start my showers warm, move to hot until I feel clean, then moderately quickly adjust to ice cold water and just stand there feeling my body freezing.

Yea, that's called almost going into shock. Its fun to jump from the spa into a cold pool n stuff, but if you actually feel your body struggling to circulate oxygen, not too cool.
