Forging Court Ordered Community Service

Is this possible to do? For instance make a fake form? Do they check up on it? What about buying a prepaid cellphone making a voicemail and answering yourself if they call? Or do the places where you do community service contact the courthouse and tell them.

Also does anyone know if it is possible to buy hours?

I think the court basically has a list of most places tht offer community service. It does seem possible though that you could make up some fake organization forge a fancy letter and if they call buy a prepaid cell phone and change your voice up but somethings bound to go wrong with this plan. If you absolutely must do community service though why not go to a animal shelter and help with cats or something which is easy and it will make you feel good.

At one point I had to do community service. The place I went, kept track on a desk calendar. At the end of the month, they would call in the totals. SO, there might have been a few people that just penciled in a few extra days and had no issues...

You'll have a hard time to fake community service but I faked the signatures and stamps on 95% of my AA cards

Heard of people paying someone else do their community service so they could carry on with their day to day business. In the UK you don't need to show ID when you turn up so it is entirely possible.

The easiest way is to file papers of incorporation for a non-profit that do not list you as a registered agent, president vp or treasurer. (About $80-190$)

Do not file for tax exempt status with the IRS, optaining an FEIN is a expensive and long process that is bitchy.

Once you're incorporated, make up a website, get a fictitious name (Doing business as / DBA) and some stock photos up. Then get a google voice number that is not associated with anything else. Get someone to give you a nice voicemail message about contacting the office off hours/etc.

There you go, make it like 5 hours a day on a recurring basis. Update the website with some fake news, where you're going to be at, etc.

This way; when the probation office checks up the business information it will show up with the state as a legally operated non-profit organization. Since you're the owner, you can do whatever you wish and it is fully legal. This can be considered a conflict of interest and may earn you additonal legal trouble if you are ever formally questioned about it with a judge-- so the easiest thing to do is to avoid getting suspected in the first place.

Even better is if you have a friend that works at a non profit that can tally up fake hours and make you a letter on professional letter head. The only problem is if they aren't a office worker but just a grunt; harder to intercept phone calls/get phone calls forwarded to you and such.

Here they dont check I was required to volunteer at a local middle school for 60 hours, I went about 12 hours and then got the place to sign the form at the bottom and in all the slots where there was nothing I just made up days and times. Worked great for court.

Then about 6 months later I got a underage drinking ticket took the old ass community service to court and they dropped the charges cause i was a good kid. Basically my advice is to just do the service somewhere and try to spread times and days out as much as possible so if for some reason they do call the people cant remember, but they signed the sheet so it has to be correct.

When I was young (like 12 or 13)

I spray-painted my neighbors car for spraying me with a hose

Got 24 hours community service

My mom (who agreed he was a dick and fucked with us all the time)
had her friend sign a paper and write a letter saying I helped her take care of her farm.

They never got back to her friend or anything.

So hope that helped, it's not hard to lie about.

Not sure if that stuff slides still, just an idea.
