Getting a bank loan

Let's say I had acquired some prime real estate and I wanted to build on it. Problem is that I paid cash for the land and have NO credit history what so ever and I want this done quickly.

How hard would it be to get a loan if I had someones entire PI profile down? I'm basically thinking of using my parents BUT problem is that I don't really want them to know. Would the bank contact them at all? Obviously if I defaulted, but I'm not planning on doing that. If I filled out all the necessary forms, would the bank have any reason to send them anything about the loan?

I have birthdays, acct numbers, soc, full name, address, etc. Anything I might need, I can get.

Anyone care to shed light on this issue for me?

A lack of established credit doesnt count against you. However, most people ususally have an old library debt, doctor bill, etc that counts against them. So if you have very little credit established and the only thing on the report is negative, then you have bad credit. Pay off anything out-standing and get a credit card which you will never/rarely use

And yes, the bank would contact cosigners. They would have to notorize any documents as would you

Ah alright. Thanks for your info. And I have no debt outstanding currently. Just make <12000 a year and don't have ANY credit history to speak of.

The last time I even applied for a credit card at speedway, I got turned down O.o

But it's fine, I'll find some other way to knock down the money. Probably something illicit lol.

Wouldn't the bank want the loan holder & co-signer to have their signatures notorized?

American express gave me a card with no limit when I was 18. The bank gave me 100k for "school" with no credit. Trust me, you can get a loan

Get a secured credit card...check out capital one. Anyone can qualify for that
