I made a batch a few days ago, had it the last few nights.

started out as fajita stuff, but became more chilli like as it went along.
was azuki beans, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, olives. I then added sun flower seeds, and oats to thicken it up (oats are a strange addition, but actually fucking really nice). Then had it in a tortilla wrap with lettuce and salsa. pretty tasty shit.

Fat load of protein in it, probably around 40g a serving.

We'll, I've been trying to leave really cheaply lately so...

1/5th a liter of super cheap gin and some good bud so that my $1 instant pizza and two large organic eggs with cheese didn't taste like shit.

But before that (for lunch) I went over to my buddies who's from kentucky and we feasted on some home made deep fried chicken with some deep fried frozen fries (he calls them freedom fries ) all doused in hot sause. And before that (... for breakfast) I ate at my other buddies who happens to be his neighbor and he made some REALLY bomb tacos/burritos. Surprise surpise he's from baja california (aka mexico). Fucking love when other people make me their "back home" food
