Yeah these ones are pretty annoying. Also my local west country/somerset farmer accent. The people with a really thick version of it sound unbelievably retarded.

As for foreign accents, I don't know, I don't really meet many foreign people.

I tell you what accents I do like though, french and spanish. There's this foreign language centre round the corner from me, with a bar next door to it, and there's always these dusky hotty hotties coming out of it in pairs or threes talking away in spanish or whatever. Actually, the English accent has changed more since the American Revolution than the American accent, so the American accent is closer to the original English accent than the modern English accent is.
