Cheap grow cabinet?

Anybody know of a site I can buy a decent grow cabinet/box whatever?
It has to have a filter to hide the smell, ill be in my own flat/appartment but dont really want friends to know about it.

Ive come across one fantastic one that could cope with 6 good sized plants, its hydrophonics and claims seed to harvest 60 days but it cost something like £600 + postage and I think this is too much.
Another handy one was just in a computer shell, I look at my computer and dont think I could grow much inside it. this was from America, $300 plus $65 shipping, something I can afford.

Making one myself is probably not a good idea, I dont know anything about electrics, have read some guides but still wouldnt be able to sleep at night for fear of burning to death when it over heats or something.

I'd say a budget of £300, will only get the more expensive one if I have to.

^$119 they also have 400cfm inline blower and carbon filter for $159, which is the cheapest I've seen (some places charge that just for the carbon filter). That's not including your light and hydro setup though. For those I'd go through HTG Supply

Complete grow kits (tent, light, vent, pumps, nutes, etc) usually cheap out somewhere so they can make money... duct boosters as vent fans, cheap tent material that lets light through, no-name meters, etc.
