I would probably skin them and then lay the skins out to dry... make homemade gloves, shoes and a thin coat out of them to shield the elements. There might even be enough left for a small sail which I would affix to their tied-together spines (using sinew as fasteners) and embed in the center of the raft. Could use the scarps for bait. The good meat I would package carefully and submerge on a rope to at least 200 feet down to keep it cold and then pull it up once in awhile for a quick snack.
