Damn. Obviously they are trying to make a statement/example and set some legal precedent. They not only are trying him for having an analogue (4-MEC) of Methcathinone, which has been Schedule I for a long time but also A-PVP for being an analog of MDPV, Pentylone for being an analogue of Methylone , and Pentedrone for being an analogue of Mephedrone.

Those last three were just very recently banned.... AFAIK, there has never yet been a conviction for a substance based on it being an analogue of any of those three. I'm not even sure if they've done any convictions based upon Methcathinone analogues, really.

The admin of UGL was acting weird lately. Apparently not replying to emails for at least a week (probably more) and taking several days after purchases to send a DCN, and then it taking several days for the DCN status to move from "Electronic Shipping Info Received". And this same exact thing being reported by a few different posters, and for all we know, happening to many more who didn't post about it.

He posted at one point about some baby mama drama to explain his recent noncommunication and delayed shipments and then didn't reply anything else or reply to any emails for at least another week after that; not sure if he even ever did come back to his thread at all.

Woot has indeed been arrested and is in custody. We have little faith that he will not roll on us. Here is proof of his arrest

Resu and MrMike are not to be trusted, as they have been trying to cover up these allegations, even going so far as to say he would post from woot's account to reassure everyone. Their nonchalant attitude here seems to indicate his own LEO involvement, or at least a blatant disregard for the member's safety by covering up this event. They specifically requested the staff not tell anyone what had happened.

This is coming from the entire moderation staff. We have convened long and hard about this. Following this post we will likely be banned.

You don't think, for being the creator of LHG, he should be facing a shitton of fucked up charges himself? I don't see why not. And we know he's the type to do whatever he can to get out of trouble, showing wanton disregard for others' lives in the process.

EDIT: Oh, but then again, they said that the document mentioned CD#1 giving them permission to open his package, which makes more sense as MrMike, having been partners with w00t directly. Still, I have a feeling LHGuy has more to do with this than is readily apparent.

UH no, on that subject LHG is intractable, I've had many conversations irl with him the last few months and believe me, that's true murderous rage he feels and is not ready to let go of...yet. The only charges against him are from the stupid shit he does sometimes like carrying a concealed weapon. He just got done with a ten day sentence on that one. I don't think he is of any value to the Feds, as he is smart enough to not know anything.

Was it just a coincidence that Zrammbo and Kapp both got arrested right after LHGuy was trying to pressure Zrammbo into buying in into being a Trusted Vendor, and then when he agreed, LHGuy refused money and tried to get him to send JWH and 4-MMC (what Zrammbo was busted for shortly thereafter). Then he apparently researched Zrammbo's physical address, noticed that they were about 30 minutes apart, and tried to pressure him into meeting up in person on account of his physical mailbox supposedly being watched, then getting angry and acting even more sketchy once Zrammbo was reasonably sketched out by all of this...?

That doesn't seem the slightest bit SKETCHY AS FUCK to you that all of that shit happened and then Zrammbo ends up getting busted like RIGHT afterward, as well as Kapp? Sure, but equally because of the greed of a number of vendors. There are other ways to do it, legit sources pass through word of mouth, PMs through drug related forums, whatever, just keep it out of the open. There's no need for a forum that ANYONE can find that facilitates the supply of drugs (no matter the current legality). It's just asking for attention from law enforcement.

I mean I could make a killing selling RCs in real life but I wouldn't because inevitably it spoils it for everyone else.
