Wifikill 1.7 Not on the market, but easy enough to find. Connect to a wireless network, and then with a single click it uses ARP to route all of a clients traffic to you instead of the router, and then your phone instead of routing it out to the net just drops all the packets.

Network Spoofer. On the market, uses ARP, and a few scripts to blur images that a client loads, or flip them, replace google search terms, and redirect to a site of your choice.

The police radio thing is just people who have scanners at home, that stream what they pick up to the internet, then that app has a list of radios in different states you can stream. Totally not illegal.

Good looking Blux those are some good ones, but as he said you don't need root to download the police scanner. their are plenty on the market.

I just enjoy free wifi tether(requires root) fuck paying carriers tethering charges, I already pay you for the data, who are you to tell me what I can do with it!?!?!

Thats the one thing I like about having T-Mobile. Tethering app pre-installed on the phone, and doesn't cost anything to use. Of course i'm rooted now, but I still just use the built in tethering on my ICS ROM.

Aptoide.

It's an alternative market except everything is free.

Not on the market. Google is your friend. Also, Aptoide Repos to automatically find and add app repositories for Aptoide. Be careful though, because any of those apps could potentially contain malware. I know for a fact that Angry Birds: Space does because I read an article about it. Not all apps will work. Some have some type of DRM protection, but not many. I've only found a couple that refuse to install or function.

Also, Orbot isn't illegal, but it's useful. It's Tor for Android. Can be on the slow side, so I would recommend only using it while on WiFi.
