Cant find any legit seller of virtual bank accounts

I have been searching the nets for days and can't find a reliable source to buy a vba from. Every site I've been to requires some absurd unorthodox payment method like liberty reserve or alertpay. Its really annoying. I'm only looking to buy some vbas using known payment methods like cashier check or money order or maybe western union / money gram.

Would really appreciate any help.
