Get a 10-15kg bar, 2 5kg bars and about 50kg worth of weights, and then just do upper body exercises with the bar(ie. military press, flies, bicep/tricep curls, upright rows, shrugs, that sort of stuff), and then do situps or something similar.
For abs, something like this;
For legs, just walk/run. Plus you could do 15-20 reps of front/back squats with the bar. If you have access to a rack then you could do a heavier weight but if you're by yourself make sure you can get back up...letting the bar roll down your back
sucks.(pinched nerves ftl).
Treadmills are gay, if you have a dog you might as well just walk with him/her.
Upper body plus core strength being ideal, unless you intend to be a powerlifter or a professional weightlifter, where leg power is pretty important.
If you can't get/afford a bar and weights, just find an object that is heavy enough for you and use it. 20L water drum filled with water will work, however it might be a bit clumsy for bicep/tricep curls and you'll have a higher risk of hurting yourself.
Otherwise pushups + dips + chinups(if strong enough) + walking. If you have a bicycle, that would be good for cardio if you have hills nearby
