Printing Cash like the government (Counterfeit cash vouchers)

so this one is for my college homies..

at my friends university, the campus book store has an end of semester book buy back. how it works there is: you give them books, they tell you what its worth, print you out a cash voucher on some paper, and you take the voucher to another part of the store and cash it in at the registers. the register people are only concerned with the cash-out amount noted on the slip.


wll my buddy got a hold of one of these and has created some 99.9% identical replicas, where you can edit the amount of cash pay-out. the place opens back up monday so he's going to have a feild day(s) all week cashing out vouchers at around 280-300 each (a safe amount). nothing like printing out cash

So care to explain how you printed out these fake vouchers?

Was it a software or are you just good at Photoshop?

Oh and they will catch on within a day, they will do inventory or at least say "Who's cashing in all these vouchers?" to the person who gives them out.

Pay people to do it for you so you don't get in trouble if caught.

Can anyone sell books, or just the students?

Sounds like it's a location-specific type of thing.

Your friend shouldn't do multiple days in a row...they'll probably find out at the end of the day. He should hit them hard all in one day, but not hard enough to make it obvious.

he just replicated them in word, same fint, size, spacing, etc. and yeah he hopes to do it as many times in one day as possible and having other (non student) kids do it.

yeah usually all do, and no... almost any random person could go do this. theres no ID check as the cashout point

Sounds good. I have been through about four college towns in the last two weeks. I plan to return, and while I'm there, I'm going to check the colleges out for educational reasons.

Is this 'buying of books' in the main store...or where should I look?

Is there a requirement for the condition of the book?

where i am, they buy the books back in this sort of seperate room connected to the campus bookstore, which is why it should work well.... and theres not a requirement per se, but certain books are old editions or maybe too shitty for them to take back
