Wells Fargo does direct advance loans online which show up the minute you take out the loan. You need a monthly paycheck linked to that account and the federal limit is $500

The person has to apply for online banking with wells.After that he has to provide proof of income(?),that will be deposited to that checking account created to wells (this would be the monthly paycheck right?)

Will wells give the loan before money will be deposited in that account?

However, you can apply in person at any Wells Fargo or Wachovia location. Please visit a store near you.

I dunno about the question. I'm a legit user of Wells Fargo and I have been with them for 8 years so they let me do whatever.

it has gotten to a point where they are like a family to me so i really dont want to double cross them :/

I know what you are proposing, but it is a lot more complicated than you make it sound. Do you really think the banks aren't aware of how easy it would for a would be criminal to take out loans online in someone else's name?

I'm assuming you got a hold of someones name, SSN, DOB and took out a prepaid debit card in there name with a bank account attached. That's a start, but you still have a lot more work to do before receiving a loan in someone else s name.

For starters, you will NEED there drivers license number. Easier said than done. Their are ways to calculate approximately what there license number would be, but not the exact number, which is what you need.

You need to be able to show proof of income, which yes, the bank WILL verify. Some crappy photoshopped pay stub isn't going to cut it. They will verify you employment and income before giving you a loan.

You will also need several references that they will call and verify. I'm surprised you even had to ask, but obviously yes they WILL run a credit check before issuing a loan. They will call you to verify the loan, and if they number you provided differs from the number on the credit report they pull, they will often call the person's number on the credit report to verify that they authorized the loan.

Sorry, I didn't mean to rain on your parade, but just being realistic. Even those crappy online payday loan places that charge exorbitant interest rates will verify the above information. You can imagine how much more stringently an actual bank will analyze your details before issuing a loan.

I know you are looking for a site that you can simply enter in someones name, SSN etc. along with your prepaid debit card number in order to receive the funds, but it simply isn't that easy.

I'm trying to figure out if the OP is talking about getting a loan to start a business, or getting a loan for a business that is already registered and has an EIN.

Getting a loan for an existing registered business might be easier than getting a loan for an individual. I'm not sure though.

You are right ,some are asking for references +phone numbers , some doesn't.Some they even state in the app form that they will NOT call the employer.

I am talking about 2 things: getting loan for a business that is already registered and has EIN , and also about personal loans.

For business there are 2 options :A)either create fresh company with new EIN along with new phone +address +everything orB) just use an existing business and open another bank account in his name in order to receive the deposits.
For B) he managed to open personal checking account in the name of the person who owns a business.I don't know if it helps or not.

My friend started a bank account with a different bank that required mothers maiden name, and he made one up. The account was created sususfully, and mothers maiden name was only used as a security question to change account info.
