Protein shake
Breakfast of bread with 8 egg white, 4 egg yolks, fruit shake.
Protein shake
Lunch of grilled chicken, salad and boiled potato with 2 fruit shakes (watermelon and banana)
Protein shake
Satay chicken, grilled picken breast, boiled potato, salad
Then if I'm still awake at like 1am, I get 2 chicken breasts with vegetables, and a Shiraz salad delivered. And probably a high protein low carb presleep protein shake
My protein shakes were super high carb, low protein as I generally enjoy all protein food groups and as you can see don't eat much carbs, nor enjoy them.
During the day I'd snack on sliced Turkey breast and smoked almonds. In Australia I'd add peri peri biltong and apricot musli bars to my snack list as well. Plus I'd add in a lot more sweet potato. Also, I don't do it here because the risks of disease are higher, but back home I crack 2-3 eggs into skinny milk once or twice a day when I can't be fucked eating something.

90% diet. First I just wholesale cutout major groups of shit food (deep-fried stuff, chocolate, sweets, pastries). After that I started fasting for one day a week. I've stopped the fasting now, but my appetite is way reduced, and I don't need to try very hard at all to lose 1kg a week.

I'll never have as good a bench as other people my size, I've got a bad shoulder injury that prevents me from lowering the bar all the way down to my chest with any serious weight on it. My tricep bench is stronger than my regular bench. Which isn't normal.
It's slowly getting better by making my rear delt, traps and rotator cuff stronger. If you look at the photo, you can see my rear delt bulging out the back. That's because I work it like 6 days a week to stop my fkn shoulder popping out. I think it looks disgusting, but it helps.
|
Same here with the shoulder injury, suffered an anterior dislocation on my second MT fight back in 2007, which I haven't done in years, and it's bothered my workouts ever since. (Went to a rehab clinic in 2008 but never finished it, LOL.)
What's your routine for this? (delt, traps, rotator cuff)

Things that you would expect a typical steroid user to be doing.
One must wonder as to why this person is so addicted to adrenaline and dopamine. Until, that is, you read that he has had a 'severely fucked up childhood.' This child was exposed to a whole lot of dick when he was a baby.
Yeah, you're taking those steroids alright. You've been taking them for a long time. You take them every week. You even took a whole host of peptides, but you say that they don't work right... That's because those growth hormone analogues you've been taking, like GHRP-6, they actually destroy your pituitary gland. They work for the first few shots, but eventually that sucker gets fatigued and never really comes back 100%. Congratulations, in addition to sterilizing yourself you have also destroyed one of the most important hormone-producing organs in your body, and when you lay off the drugs (voluntarily or otherwise) the shell of a human being that you used to be is going to be broken.
I hope all of this was worth it for you. In the quest to satisfy your insatiable ego you have permanently destroyed your body. You may very well be destined to join a long list of drug-addicted Australians who will die in southeast Asia of heart failure, stroke or acute alcohol poisoning.
"No one's gonna fuck with me and my monsters" -- no one except your severely burdened heart, that is.

Marty McFly's explanations seem plausible to me.
Given the listed effort, diet and workout list, I wouldn't think steroids are a major factor.
JFLC is just yankiing chains, as he is wont to do.
The effort and compliance to a pretty severe routine has paid off, is my take.

I was skinny my whole life, but in 2010 some bad shit happened, I got diagnosed with PTSD, I also got dysentery while travelling and I became an opiate addict. I got to 57kg at 5'10 so I was extremely under weight.
After years of training, trying supplements, different proteins, diets, work out routines, etc I started to achieve my goal. I'm now at 74kg with quite a low bf % (I don't know the exact amount but this test I did in a Bangkok mall said I was at 10.5%).
This is me in 2010
and after 2 and a half years, This is me now (2012) - I'm only deadlifting such a tiny weight for the purposes of the photo.
I'm no where near the physique I want. I want much bigger legs, but because I'm a manual labourer, I'm fucked for work if I work my legs too hard. They get so sore I can't even squat down to pick something up. Plus for the 6 months I took my weight training the most seriously, I'd snapped my 2nd metatarsal (bone in your foot) clean in half, which completely ruled out calves/quads exercises. I hate my chicken legs, but what ever, I'm working on them now and I've maxed the machine at the gym I'm at so I can't get any more progress till I get back to Australia.
My end goal is 80kg, 9% bf. I think I can do it in the next 8 months.
When women who knew me in highschool or a few years ago see me, some of their reactions have literally been "OH MY GOD, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?" and then they touch me to see if I'm real. A few months ago one of my ex gf's friends who wouldn't give me the time of day in highschool sat down next to me in a 2 seat booth (she obviously wanted me to strike up a conversation so I did) at a club, for like 5 minutes she didn't recognize me and when she did she was throwing her self at me and I had the pleasure of turning her down. From the age of like 13 - 22 I always made that excuse "it doesn't matter how much I eat, I can't gain any weight" - which was exactly that, just an excuse. With the right diet, training, sleep and supplements, you can stack on an easy kilogram per month. And on the other side of the spectrum, I helped my best friend go from 104kg to 76kg, 10% bf at 6ft tall.
In terms of supplemts that I'd HIGHLY suggest and the list bellow, most if not all have proven results
Protein (obviously, but it depends on your goal what blend you take. I like ultra high carb while stacking on mass, then 0% carb, ultra high protein when you start to sculpt/cut down/maintain).
Fish oil as well as flax seed oil.
ZMA (Zinc and Magnesium) - I wont lie, I don't know why, but it's meant to be good for producing testosterone
Tribulus - probably the most important supplement for me because I think I have medium-low natural test levels, some people get no results from it, I get a massive spike in testosterone. I know this based on all the acne I get as well as the random raging hardons, faster facial hair growth and muscle gains . It's a natural herb that is also used to treat ED in older men. Available at any health store.
Some sort of Mens multivitamin. Any will do. I take Centrum.
Milk Thistle - to cleans your liver.
Glucosamine - I've been taking this every day for years, even before I started weights. My family has a history of arthritis and this shit works wonders. Not only that, when you do start to lift, it will play havoc on your joints once you lift big.
Monkey Balm (Tiger Balm's extremely stronger brother) - Not exactly a supplement, but what ever. Rub it on the places you've just smashed. I'll almost always put it on my lower back after dead lifts as well as calves after I've worked them out. It gets EXTREMELY hot, but it makes recovery time a lot shorter.
----- Everything below here is just if you have the extra cash.
SkinB5 - Anti acne. Works a charm. Clears me up so god damn well and counters the acne from the Tribulus. I'd even absolutely recommend to normal acne sufferers. I started taking it well before lifting and it cleared up my skin completely.
Casein Protein - it's slower acting so you can take it before sleep and it repairs your muscles all night.
BSN NoXplode - for before a work out. Gives you a massive rush, extreme concentration and makes you want to go till fail and then beyond. Alternatively, if you can get it (I can't get it because it's banned in Australia because there's something in it that makes you into a fucking BEAST, but I tried it in Thailand), get your hands on Hemo-Rage. I use a different prework out supplement every time I finish one so I don't build a tolerance to one NoXplode, 1MR, Jack3d, Animal Pump are all good. But Hemo-Rage is THE best by far. It gave me a physical sensation like I had a low voltage current going through me and I'd never exercised harder in my life.
Animal Pak - read the ingredients. It's insane. It has absolutely everything a growing body needs in terms of nutrients. I can't recommend anything more highly. Seriously, google it and read the reviews/ingredients.
BSN Cellmass - Post work out recovery drink. I usually have one before sleep. I only take it 3 times a week after an extremely heavy work out.
I NEED TO STRESS THIS POINT: Supplements wont make up for a shitty diet and poor work out routine. They only speed up your progress. They are completely uncessary as people have been getting big and strong for thousands of years with out the help of supplements. But if you can afford them, they will give you that extra edge, but don't rely on them. If you have the extra money, and want that little boost (I'd say it's about 10%), then get them. But don't think because you take them you can sit on your ass and watch more TV, quite the opposite. Since you're spending more money you should be working out even harder!
I know I don't have a physique to brag about yet, but I am proud of my progress. People usually don't believe how far I've come wheN I tell them I used to be as big as a skinny girl. Not only that, but I've come to learn just how shallow women are. Also, not a single guy has picked a fight with me in months, where as I used to get bullied HEAPS when I was smaller. I guess the point of this thread is to those people who say "I can't get bigger no matter what I do." and then we say "eat more, work out more!" and they say "I do! I eat soo much but I just can't get any bigger!!!" - bullshit. You're fucking not trying hard enough and doing it wrong.
Any one have any questions I'd be happy to answer them.
*waits for the barrage of people to give me shit for numerous reasons, things like "lol fag" or 'you're not even big", "nice shorts faggot" (<-- lol I'll accept that one, but they were $2 and all my other clothes were in the wash)*
Point is, I went from A (which was disgustingly skinny piece of shit) to B (which is half decent), so I consider my self knowledgable on the A to B journey and I'm guessing a lot of Zokletians are at point A. So...if you want to get to point B, ask away.
*edit* And yes, that is Angry Monkey from Family Guy tattood on my back. It was a stupid decision made while drunk.

Marty needs his steroids just to survive. It honestly looks to me like he has HIV-AIDS from the pictures he used to have on his profile. A real Gollum looking creature. The sad thing is that even though he is taking steroids as I speak this, he still deadlifts less than 400lbs. And let's not forget that he did not make any progress at all. His limbs are every bit as small as they were when he started; he just has a little leftover water retention in his stomach and a really deep tan achieved via Melanotan II.

Re: My physical transformation from 2010 to 2012
Mr. McFly is everything that is wrong with humanity. He is fighting an uphill battle to become something that he is not. He was destined by birth to be small and weak, and so he takes massive amounts of ergogenic aids in his failed attempts to transform himself in many different ways from the way that he should be. He does this for no legitimate reason at all; it is not necessary for him to gain muscle mass or to lift heavy weights. Read his thread about getting a vasectomy. This is a person who devotes his entire life to playing games. What a thoroughly pointless existence he lives.

My job is to lift things.
So muscles aren't required for the armed forces? For combat sports/martial arts? Stronger lats for rockclimbing? Glutes, quads and calves for running? Lower back for weighted runs/trekking? Stronger shoulders to prevent future dislocations? You can't just work out those specific muscles, once you make one stronger, you need the rest to become proportioned.
Shitty troll is shit.

that's some good fucking progress seeing as you look like the posterboy for an anti drugs campaign in the first one. I could never gain weight through my own pursuits. Fortunately or unfortunately for me, being lock in an asylum for a month with three big meals a day and anti psych medication sorted that right out.

Notice how Marty's response to my point was to bring up more pointless games like rock climbing and playing solider. Even though you don't need developed muscles to do these things (because they are just childish games), it goes to show you how everything about the boy's life revolves around playing games. He will never do anything meaningful with his life.

Coming from the dude with just shy of 12,000 posts, 11,500 of them being troll posts. I've just returned from my 3rd overseas trip in 12 months, employed already and saving for my next one in September. Define meaningful, and then give an example of how you're one to judge?
Btw, all your examples are shit.
First one: Some raggy ass dude posing for a photo that's not even real. Dude, do you know any SF dudes? They're usually between 75kg-90kg of lean muscle.
Second one: Some random dude with no weights on the bar. Cool story bro.
Third one: I have mates who rock climb at a professional level and make that dude look like an aids victim.
You fail so bad. Holy shit, I'll give you credit on your persistance though.

Unfortunately, only those enlightened such as ourselves know that muscle is irrelevant for the vast majority of activities, even those associated with power, strength, speed and combat ability. We've both posted about this at length but it seems that people just don't want to listen.

Apparently the average bodyfat % of a Navy SEAL is roughly 17%, that's hardly lean. I actually do know a few ex-SF guys along with people currently serving in the Royal Marines, Paras. The only guys that hold an appreciable level of muscle mass are the ones that workout outside of their job and take anabolic steroids. The ones that don't do that are fairly ordinary looking, with maybe a slightly better physique than average. What you will find often with military guys is that they are the type of people that want to 'prove' something - very similar psychologically to those who are attracted to going to the gym to create the illusion of a strong, powerful body, yet what lies beneath is a pussy.
The second guy with no weights on the bar is a gold medallist weightlifter who can snatch much more than you can deadlift. His physique is soft because that is ideal for the kind of force production needed in the sport. Unfortunately you've spent a lot of time grinding at weights and as a result have become less powerful, that's why those deadlifts you do are real slow and grindy.
Most rock climbers aren't really muscular, that's a misconception held by a lot of people, a lot even struggle to do twenty pullups or so. Maybe you watched Cliffhanger too many times.
Of course it wasn't Stallone doing the climbing, it was this guy:
That really shows the difference from the perception to the reality.
The thing you fail to appreciate is that with 'sports' or activities that require some muscular effort for a sustained period of time it is beneficial to make the work as easy as possible. The opposite is true in the gym, people are using machines, freeweights and other stuff to put their muscles under a series of torture, stretching and contracting them under tension in order to tear them, hopefully creating bigger muscles for the appearance of strength, they are making it as hard as possible, which is obviously counter productive in the real world. This is why if you get someone who works out to do a sustained physical job they come out sore as hell because they are so heavily reliant on muscular effort as opposed to momentum and correct breathing patterns.

There's a guy on YouTube who does exclusively bodyweight shit and has built mass from it. It's not one of those "bar niggas" and he's definitely not on steroids. I'll find it for you later.

John Wiseman of British SAS sporting long, wiry muscles with fatty build. Optimal. Also, note the facial asymmetry. Modern weakling-supremacist "science" would have you to believe that this is an indicator of poor physiological fitness. But it is in fact a sign of great health and strength.

It was a hard journey man. People told me "only go to the gym for 1 hour, if you're not sore after 45-60 minutes you're not working out hard enough" - BULLSHIT. They also said I'd go catabolic if I worked out any longer than an hour, but when I got Animal Pak and T-Bomb II I worked out for 2 1/2 - 3 hours every day after work, 7 days a week. Sometimes doing a 1 hour session before work.
All these experts say do 1 hour sessions, 5-6 days a week. Do you think Spartans only worked out 1 hour per day? Fuck that, no they didn't.
Say what you want, but I'm happy with my results. When I get home, I'm actually going to do a real roid cycle and I'll post results then.

Spartan didn't load up on synthetic supplements either. I hate working out fags for this reason. "its not cheating." bullshit. that's like saying someone without ADHD should take vyvanse to study so they can make better grades.

Also note that every single supreme individual that was posted in this thread was pale, even when they come from countries where pale skin is not the norm (i.e. Turkey).

People who are predisposed to strength have builds that look like this:
Awesome traps:
Ahh, pictures like these make me long for the good, old-fashioned 1920s-early 1960s days. Just GOOD OLD BOYS BEING HAPPY!!!
