Reaching bliss on LSD

Whenever I'm on LSD I tend to walk around look for the perfect place to trip, search for the perfect music to listen to, and in general I just keep trying to change my setting because I think that changing one thing will make my trip perfect and allow me to reach nirvana, but that never ends up happening. I wonder what I'm missing. My trips are fun no doubt, but I feel like I'm missing something. I'm not getting a profound spiritual experience or realize something that changes my life or anything. I just go through the day in a completely different state of mind.

Maybe you should make a schedule for tripping before you dose. Another option is gluing yourself to a single, constantly changing stimuli, such as a MIDI keyboard, or some other medium for expressing your mental state that can adapt to any particular shift of thought. Or take LSD in combination with other drugs that inhibit movement, instead favoring intensity of experience.

That's all part of the trip imo, whether your walking around, fiddling with something, drawing, its fun to do a bunch of different things. Or just a single awesome thing to focus on like the keyboard or going for a hike.

Dopeman, what do you feel nirvana is to you? What I define it as is the state at which the mind has understood itself so fully it has "seen" through the Great Doubt the Three Poisons that are the cause of all of our suffering and the cause of our rebirth in the wheel of Samsara.

I don't think playing a cool sound, going somewhere fun, or touching a fuzzy sweater is going to help you reach a plane of Enlightenment. I mean yeah you'll have a lot of fun but with an attitude like, "that changing one thing will make my trip perfect and allow me to reach nirvana" is not going to be very fulfilling for you.

My suggestion is to do what others have done with L, start meditating either in nature or in your private quarters, when I feel as though I have opened my third eye and can feel my mind working above it's usually self I drop the tabs. Then go back to focusing on your candle/koan/picture/white wall and working through the mysteries of your mind.

I got a good feeling you didn't mean that kind of Nirvana and just "woah man I'm totally diggin these vibes from that stereo~!~!~!~" but I'm hoping you really meant what I explained. Blessed Be,

I kinda feel like my trips are always going to be 'lacking' something. LSD is definitely a spiritual experience, which opens your mind to a lot of things, but you never gain access to any ultimate truths. I feel like when i'm peaking on good dose i get a glimpse of perfection during the peak, and then while i'm coming down i keep trying to bring it back and put it into words, but it never quite gets there.

You can't reach nirvana just by being on a drug, although they can probably help. Just enjoy your trip and don't worry about it.

If I had to summarize what you will learn from real 25 and the message that never changes is that you are the universe. Like the internet a global database of knowledge. LSD allows you to tap into the universe in many different ways you can access all kinds of information much easier. The grateful Dead Jim Morrison pink Floyd The Beatles all tapped this source of consciousness and expressed it through music. Thom Yorke and Jerry Garcia have done a great job. many people can do it without LSD, when you do it with LSD it can wear you out very very quickly especially with large doses.

There is no positive or negative or right or wrong or black or white everything is one LSD lets you see the bigger picture you can cram a lifetime of knowledge into one night if you do it right and in the right environment Everyone is one and everything is connected that's the overall underlying message. There is no research chemical that will ever come anywhere close to this ever! 25i is nothing compared to acid. The majority of you have never done real acid the majority of the US has not, If you have had the chance to the more power to you you should know every single thing I am talking about than.

You know, people like to spout on about how rare genuine LSD is nowadays and how no one is making it, but in my experience that really isn't true. My father, a former Deadhead, claimed to me that it wasn't around anymore. Having taken many different blotters in my day, i've come to recognize and be able to differentiate between the real shit and random DOx's and what not. Maybe it's just that i have really connected friends, but the product that i get a couple times a year is extremely consistent and always gives me the kind of distinctive experience that only LSD can. So yeah, it's totally still out there if you know the right people, which isn't hard at all. I've bought dose from some random dude i met on the street, while although rather foolhardy, ended up being quite successful.

There are many countless rivers that all flow different paths to the same outlet.

I have dabbled with astral projection/soul journeying. Their are a lot of guides on the internet you can find, but mostly it is self intuition with being comfortable with your own mind.

It is hard to explain in this regard, when you meditate (or rather, when I meditate, I will not speak for you in advance) you are slowing your mind and removing the yoke holding you to the present. This takes an extreme amount of concentration when I am sober; I cannot do it if I can hear people snoring, fans going, car noises, etc--wildlife doesn't' seem to bother me so much so I frequent groves more often than I do this inside.

LSD I believe has the most potential to help one get into the mental mode where they can begin to start picking apart what their mind has collected as it's ego/pride/way of thinking. In that sense, it is a magical substance that can allow you to dig deeper than you would normally be able to. When I soul planed/spirit guide/soul journeying'd whatever you may call it, I would begin by starring at a candle light in as dark and quiet of a place as I can.

This is the first thing you should do, it is called developing/seeing through/understanding the Third Eye that one can see through, the mind's eye. As you stare at the flame, you should be able to with some practice change how you physically see it. In the beginning it was most easiest to make the light still/longer in my perception and grow larger and smaller at my will. It may help to focus on the flame until you have an understanding of it's properties (drafts and wind will break your concentration) and then close your eyes, the negative held in your retina will be more easily manipulated by the third eye/mind's eye than an actual physical object.

Once you start doing that, I would liken it to learning how to throw a football/tackle someone before you actually start playing, you can go on to learn other things. I had a spirit guide that I regularly sought advice from between 12 and 17 when I likened my soul to Odin and Odin alone.

How I would do this was I would lay either on my back or in the sitting, leg-crossed position. I would usually have a candle infront of me or at the base of the bed, and I would use that to warm up my mind. Then I would try to relax my body (bring down my breathing, heart rate, thoughts) to as low of a point it could go. The quasi-half asleep state where you can still act in is largely where this occurs, you want to let the thoughts that come to your mind, leave as more come and hold onto none of them like water flowing across a flat plane. I would first imagine myself in an endless white space, alone, seeing myself frmo the third perspective, I would unload all of my thoughts I could not shake onto the floor and I would step through a door. Most often this door led to a trail that ultimately brought me to a small garden with people of the spirit and people of the material seeking guidance. One time, when I was younger, I tried exploring the different paths knowing that I was not to be going on the ones I knew were not correct. It was one of the most horrifying experiences I have ever had, as I couldn't wake up and was in some alien world.

I would recommend a study of the runes, especially protection binds and the summoning of the life rune for protection. I would recommend, extremely heavily, using the ELDER FUTHARK rather than the newer alphabets.

The internet is full of crazy people like me unfortunately we typically don't forward our crazy info when we expect to get mocked over it. However, you mentioned LSD & Nirvana and hit a very tender heart string of mine.

I reached bliss the other day during a psilocybin shroom trip. I kinda just went with the flow of the trip, smoked a little joint of spice that I found (have no weed ) which was fucking awesome, and just meditated and went inside my head. I'm sure any other psychedelics are the same. I reached some form of bliss on 2C-E this one time too but it was a long time ago so I don't remember as well.

Meditate (as has been said), out in nature on a sunny day.
I personally find being with friends can sometimes help, (not while meditating) but just being with the people I understand I find makes me peaceful, but everyone's different.
Unwires is right, you have to find out for yourself.

This. A friend done a fair amount of 25i. While, in it's own respect, he says it's a perfectly good psychedelic, he feels as if I haven't quite gotten to that point. There doesn't seem to be any spirituality in the drug, to him. There's knowledge, and he can perceive a great deal more than in his sober mind, and he considers that a great gift, but he hasn't been 100% there. It's ineffable, naturally, but his one wish is for real acid. Too bad he'll probably never see it in any real amount, without making it hisself, which he's only ever dreamt of doing.

I've recently been introduced to a psychedelic community that throws party’s in the desert anywhere from 200 - 500 people show up, dj's play 2 hour sets back to back, for 2-3 days at a time. I would most definitely try to find something similar, i've only been a few times but each experience has been extremely rewarding.

It definitely makes you feel the effects more. I remember going on a glorious hike and thinking "hey this was some weak shit" and then we went into an enclosed building to refill our water bottles and the faucets started outright moving and wriggled away.

It helps a lot with the body load to keep moving outdoors, too.

However, I've had some extremely nice times indoors in a calm, cozy space. It's worth trying.
