Hey guys,
I've been reading through the forum and would appreciate some inputs.
Basically, summer's here, an I would like to look better.
I've never worked out in my life, so I think a shift into a healthier lifestyle would be beneficial as well.
Some info:
I'm 5'10, 160 lbs I'm guessing without much muscle, 30 inch waist.
At this point, I'm not looking to get 6-pac abs, but losing some fat around the stomach area would be awesome.
I'm at university, so I have free access to gyms and swimming pools, as well as a pretty decent road bike. Plenty of time as well.
I usually eat one main meal a day (meat with rice) with one side meal (third of a frozen pizza or frozen fries).
I admit there are times I'll buy a tub of ice cream or bags of chips and finish it within a few hours of bringing them home..
Anyways, suggest to me any workout / food schedules to follow, and I'll post pics and updates as I try them out. Thanks.
