In my opinion, we should just dismiss him. That is, ignore PI complaints he makes (since he's inconsistent about what is and isn't his PI and loves to bait members into posting it + getting banned), ban him in all serious forums where he does anything other than post useful information, and allow mods to randomly ban him for a week or so whenever the community grows tired of him. An actual permaban isn't necessary, since having -Spec around bitching in PEOO can sometimes be a good time. If I were in charge, that's the kind of status I'd give him.

Truth be told, there's a bit of an underground revolution going on right now within the upper echelons. Things are not as rank and file as one might imagine.
