What are the best foods to eat to gain weight that was lost due to stims?

I'm 5feet9inches tall and weigh 130lbs thanks to heavy 4-FA and 2-FMA use over the last 6 months. I'd like to get back up to at least 140 or 150. Any suggestions? (I lost so much weight because when I first started I'd go 5-6 days at a time with no food, nowadays maybe I'll go a day without eating every week.)

If you're trying to gain weight, you at the very least want to gain good weight (muscle). Exercise routines with whey protein and creatine supplements is your friend.

If you don't give a fuck, eat anything you want that's deep fried and lots of bread. Or, just eat McDonald's everyday.

This is all my mate eats now he's in jail (cheap jailhouse food) and he had lost a shitload of weight due to being on meth for a very long time

I eat tuna & eggs everyday. Right now, I have 15 cans of tuna and 3 cartons of eggs.

Could I just get the protein from meat and eggs? Whey protein tastes like ass in a powdered form and I'm lactose intolerant so it bothers my stomach.

I have been eating what I like, but the stuff I like really isn't high-calorie or high-fat, so that's why I was asking.

I'm taller, weigh less, and don't use stims. Obviously you just need to eat more calories than your burning. And if you don't want to be a fat ass, exercise.
