off the top of my head:
One of my favorite low risk and possible high-yield scams is the Wal Mart retun scam.
Find a recent receipt from walmart. If you live at home, you could grab one after your mom comes home from shopping.
Go to walmart, and find an item listed on the receipt in the store (try to find something small, but still worth a lot of money)
Simply grab the item off the shelf and take it to the customer service desk and return it for ca$h.
some tips: if you're still kind of young, dress older and nicer than normal.
When looking around the store, kind of browse around a bit before taking the item to the customer service desk. Also be prepared to have a reason why you're returning the item.
Another good place to find receipts is in the parking lot trash bins...One way to avoid looking like a weirdo digging through the trash is just to park close to a garbage can, tie up the bag, and throw it in your car and drive away.
