I tossed some ham and avocado in the skillet while scrambling some eggs. I mixed Frank's hot sauce, worcestershire, and sriracha into the egg, seasoned with cinnamon and garlic, then poured over the ham/avocado. Add cheese and you have a damned good omelette.

Chicken Teriyaki Sandwiches.

Let the chicken breast marinate for a few hours and then grilled them. Put some swiss cheese on top near the end and also grilled some p-apple rings. Toasted the buns with butter. No onions . Lettuce, tomatoes, blue cheese dressing.

Yesterday was Pizza, crust from scratch, Marinara sauce (canned regrettably, but the nearest store is 500 miles from here so . . .) , Bratwurst (was left over so sliced up and threw it on), caramelized onions and jalapeņos, mozzarella cheese.

I tried it with water on account of having no milk which is why it tasted so bad. Wouldn't use more than what it tells you though which is two scoops, your body can only metabolise so much an hour, the rest will just be pissed/ shit out which would be a waste.

just experiement. my diet isn't the most varied anymore, I intensely dislike a lot of foods, but once upon a time I could plan my meals so I would have something different each day (a month's worth of meals only sharing one or two ingredients for example chicken or potatoes)

your local supermarket has most of this stuff - if not you can get it at foreign grocery shops or speciality stores

Do as SMU prescribed, or start killing/cultivating your own, it'll probably be healthier for you in the long run...

...And by the way, "fresh" food is rarely really fresh unless you DIY...

I eat my portion of crap food like everyone else, but occasionally I get to eat what I was built for, and it's a blast.

I generally don't follow instructions and add things that most people wouldn't think of adding to their whey shakes due to the overall dislike of plain recipes, so adding whipping cream and peanut butter etc. is fine to me as I still get my overall intake

I give huge props and a fair amount of respect to people who are able to hunt AND EAT their own food (killing for food =! killing for sport)

people who fish and eat their catch, hunt game for dinner... I consider myself failing as a human being not currently being able to shoot and prepare animals for eating
