Default Chase online banking

I might be in trouble...and its JPMorgan Chase's fault.

I have a College visa credit card through Chase, and I'm supposed to manage it through their website. You basically pay all your bills online with it. Well anyway, my payment due date is the 26th of April. However, their due date system poses a problem. Because, if you already have a payment scheduled for a specific day, the next time you owe money you have to schedule your next payment 3 days before or after the first scheduled payment.

I have 2 scheduled payments, one for the 23rd of April, and one on the 26th of april. (Remember they have to be three days apart for some strange reason). I made a purchase with the card on the 21st, but the only day the website will allow me to schedule the payment on is the 29th, but my due date for this month is the 26th.

Does anyone here use credit cards through Chase? What is going to happen? Will it count as a late payment? I don't want to be charged a ton of fees, it's not even my fault. I always pay in full and on time, but this time the stupid website has made it impossible for me to pay on time because they have to be 3 days apart.

If it's not your fault, why pay for it?
If they said you have to pay the fees, tell them bye i am switching to another bank with better customer service. Trust me, they will pull you back, and waive the fee.

Even if this is the worst case scenario, will this hurt my credit rating at all? I've always made payments on time before.

They could technically be considered "late payments", even though the website forced me to pay late.

If you really have always made payments on time, companies are usually understanding about stuff like this. Just e-mail them, explain the situation and ask politely if there will be any fees, and if so, would they be willing to waive them in light of the odd date requirements.

Don't ask politely. It's not like its your fault. Tell them, demand your money back!
