Anonymous Leaks Horrifying Video of Steubenville High Schoolers Joking About Raping a Teenager ‘Deader than Trayvon Martin’

Anonymous just leaked a 12-minute video of drunk Steubenville high school athletes having a blast making fun of the passed-out 16-year-old girl who was raped by beloved football players Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond last August.

Be warned: the video is incredibly disturbing. You probably don't want to watch it. The speaker — identified by misternunya, an independent journalist who posted the video, as former Steubenville High School baseball player Michael Nodianos, who also tweeted lovely comments such as "some people deserve to be peed on" the night of the rape — cracks himself up as he calls the girl "deader than" JFK, OJ's wife, Caylee Anthony, and Trayvon Martin, amongst others.

"She is so raped," he says. "Her puss is about as dry as the sun right now."

At around 4:15, one of his friends says, "That's not cool bro" and "That's like rape. It is rape. They raped her."

Back in August, an out of town 16-year-old high school student was raped by football players from Ohio’s Big Red High School. Two players have been charged, but a new video, unearthed by the hacker group Knight Sec and turned over to a site called Local Leaks, shows that at least one other (now former) Big Red football player, Michael Colin Nodianos, was involved. Just moments after the rape, he spent more than 12 minutes bragging about the conquest on video.

At one point, around the 2:15 mark, in midst of Nodianos rattling off jokes about how “dead” the rape victim is in the other room (she wasn't), our heel references Garrett Reid: “She’s deader than Andy Reid’s son! [laughs]”

Tips received from anonymous high school students in Steubenville have indicated it is possible James Parks was receiving images from “The Rape Crew” of their various “conquests”. At least one of the images discovered in James Parks E-Mail bore a striking resemblance to another rape victim Savannah Dietrich whose attack occurred in Louisville, Kentucky under similar circumstances as Steubenville. This is the most clear cut example of rape. One of the guys off camera clearly states, 'this is considered rape' and i've only seen 1:25 seconds of this video.

They literally describe this chick being passed out and being fucked in the ass. One of them says, 'this is rape'. I've only watched 1: 40 of the video, so maybe the next ten minutes of the video is them yelling 'jk/lol she's totally awake, sober and not raped' but i don't feel like watching the video enough to find out.

There is nothing illegal about making jokes about a crime. To be fair I didn't watch the whole vid but from what I saw they were just making a series of "she's deader then...." jokes. Correct me if I'm wrong but there is nothing on the vid implicating them in criminal wrongdoing.

This woman was brave enough to post this testimony on a social website, under her real name, and that gives it a great deal of credibility. She officially made herself a victim coming forward. It suggests gang rape is a long held tradition in Steubenville, OH and I am now thinking it is something being passed down to their sons.

There is also an apartment in Steubenville where the rape took place that is rented by football players at Steubenville High School. And Anonymous is reporting on the blog site that the rape victim was taken to a coaches house and he told them to leave. It seems he did not agree with the events taken place at his house. So they then took her to "The Apartment" as the rape crew called it and raped her again.

So now accused rapist Malik is given permission to travel to California for the Rose Bowl game.

NEWS9 has confirmed that the out-of-town judge overseeing the Jefferson County teen rape case granted permission for one of the two defendants to travel with his former legal guardians to California between Dec. 30 through Jan. 5.

Although Greg and Jennifer Agresta, of Steubenville, are no longer the defendant's legal guardians, he is living in their home as he awaits trial next month.

Judge Thomas Lipps granted both teen defendants release from juvenile detention in October, but ordered both to remain under home confinement and electronic monitoring.

Lipps, a juvenile judge from Hamilton County, Ohio, is overseeing the case after Jefferson County Judge Sam Kerr stepped aside, citing a potential conflict.

The Agrestas' biological son had been invited to participate in an all-star athletic event in California, which is why a court official said they petitioned the judge to allow the trip.

According to a court official, Lipps granted permission for the Agrestas to take the teen defendant with them to California after a detailed itinerary of the trip was submitted to and approved by the court.

Walter Madison, the teen's defense attorney told NEWS9 they made the request for the defendant to travel out of concern for the defendant's safety. Madison declined to comment further about the trip.

The Agrestas appeared on NBC's “Today” show Tuesday morning alongside Madison.

The live interview was conducted in NBC's studios in New York. The teen was not seen during the interview and it's unclear where he was at the time.

“I think everybody was surprised,’’ Jennifer Agresta told anchor Matt Lauer. “It’s out of character for (him). I think everybody was in shock.’’

“I was very disappointed in the judgment that (was) allegedly exercised at that point in time,’’ Greg Agresta told Lauer. "That’s not the type of person that he is.’’

The teen defendants, both members of the Steubenville High School football team, are charged with raping a 16-year-old girl on Aug. 11. Both are being tried as juveniles and both have pleaded not guilty.


The case has grabbed the attention of the country and sparked scrutiny, protests and accusations of corruption.

The teen has been in their care since a probable cause hearing in October and the Agrestas said the details of the case are not something they've discussed.

When Lauer asked them if others were involved in the case, they said they had no comment.

Greg Agresta said the judicial system works and people should embrace the process.
