Default Money Laundering...

O.K., this will not only answer a few questions, if I have any follow through on my business, but will help re-build the totse community.

My homebo..., I mean, friend, said that a good way to launder money, is to cash it in for casino chips. Then, cash in the chips. I believe the cut-off for either is $10 grand, but you want them to report the cash in, so it looks like you won a jackpot, and can pay taxes on that, since it is legit income.

Now, the reason this is a question is...

1.Is this true?
2.Did they lower the cutoff from $10 G's?
3.Can they prove, or even bother to investigate the legitimacy of jackpot occurance?
4.And, will there be a record of chip purchase?

If 1 yes, 2 no, 3 no, 4, no, then this is a perfect way to launder money.

If I just want to rent a house buy owner, and lease a car, there is no need to launder.

But if I wanted to pay cash for a house, a car, and start a business, I would need to launder.

Discuss.

A casino of all places would notice a fake bill. Unless you just have dirty money being laundered.

I never understood money laundering. Just live your life day-to-day. You wanna move out? Get an apartment---landlords rarely ever care what you do for work as long as you're not doing something like dealing form your house.
Want a house? Just get a real estate agent, get them to figure the paperwork out and get you a loan from the bank, and make your monthly payments to the bank.
If you're not buying a mansion or some shit, you don't really need to do this.

Why money laundering is unnecessary.
What didn't you understand from my extremely straight-to-the-point post?

I think you guys are talking about two different tyeps of money laundering.
There's laundering fake cash for real cash.
And then there's laundering dirty money (like making it appear you have legit money from drug money or whatever)

Taxes are high on casino earnings. I wouldn't do that. Instead I would recommend the old trick of "finding a collectible". The first thing to do would be to drop by a few yard sales and buy a boxes of old stuff. The important thing here is to leave traceable evidence. Pay by check. Then go on ebay or your local auction and buy a collectible action figure, comic book, baseball card, you get the point. Pay in cash. resell the item. If your questioned, you found your valuable in the box of crap.

This is the only money laundering I was referring to.

Banks are required to report every transaction over $10,000 in the United States, it's best to stay under that limit.

If you're dealing with such high amounts of money though, I suggest you set up a shell company in an associates name, and use that to launder the cash. Total cost= Maybe $500 in total. Something that doesn't require a license of any sorts, something perfectly legal. A lawn care service, perhaps? Who wouldn't believe a Mexican mowing someones lawn?

If by "nigger" you mean of African origin, no, I am not.

However, as a proud Canadian, I am required by law to inform you that Canada is one of, if not the most multicultural countries in the World. Your assertion that there are "no niggers" here, has no basis in fact. It is the official policy of the Canadian government, and overall Canadian sentiment to welcome immigrants with respect and open arms, and accept them as if they were born here. The promotion of diversity and acceptance is one of the key pillars of Canadian culture.

If every nation were based upon the Canadian model, there would be far more NHL teams...thus, a far better world. FAR better. And less wars, so we could spend more money on hockey.

Yes, we have "access" to American rap here, lol. I'm currently listening to a song by Eric B and Rakim.

I shot at some canadians a few months back. And also, I forgot, a few weeks ago.

The area I am in now is rural, with no lights, and I was fucking around in MY front yard. This canadian white bitch was parked infront of the doublewide trailer, about 400 feet southwest of me. The bitch turned on the headlights, and put them on me, like it was going to A snitch, and B when I was on my property, like she wouldn't die. I moved, the headlights followed, so POP I fired one shot, but I don't think it hit, then I left to the city.

The other time, I was driving, and I put the sound system loud, and as soon as I did, the car infront slowed down. I flashed my headlights, but it still went slow. I thought it was doing it on purpouse. When it pulled to the stop sign, I waited, it turned, and I shot into the trunk area.

I see this post was bumped by some bot which seems to be spamming the whole BBS. Still a good topic though.

IMO: To launder money is taking dirty cash and converting it to a secure deposit in a registered domestic bank. So if you have $100 000 in twenties and fifties from drug-dealing and you want it in an account with The Royal Bank of Canada or Bank of America, you need to launder it. As stupid as this sounds this can involve walking into the bank with your $100 000 in a box and handing it to the teller. This difference is, you should have an appointment with the branch and a counting room booked. Yes, in the USA and Canada they bank WILL file a currency transaction report or even a suspicious transaction report, but you will have evidence of how you legally obtained this money. Also, depositing with a bank in some far-off country with no laws is not fully washing your money as a wire transfer from one of these banks to a domestic bank still leaves your money dirty.

LOL, this was so long ago. I don't give a shit about money laundering, since a $200 a month house, and $1,500 car is luxury to me. LOL.
