Recent Movie purchases.
Well, what movies have you bought recently?
For me :
•Halloween 3: Season of the witch (DVD)
•Planet Terror DVD steelbook (fucking awesome)
•Death Proof DVD steelbook (fucking awesome)
•Beyond Loch Ness DVD (another Sci fi original,Brian Krause)
•War Birds DVD (Sci fi original, Brian Krause, cool CGI)
•Cthulu 2007 DVD (5 bucks at local store)
•Killer Clowns from outer space(2 bucks at store)
•Majoras Mask N64 Promo tape (brand new, VHS)
I actually got those last 5 movies at this occult shop I was checking out. Those shops are pretty cool.
I like seeing what people purchase, I love these type of threads. Also, if you can post some pictures.

Is that the redux version? I have that, and I can't seem to find the original 153 minute cut on DVD, and Apocalypse Now: Redux is 202 minutes long.
Also, I recently purchased The Departed and Children of Men.

I read that book years and years ago. Tha film any good?
Recently I bought :
zombie strippers
return of the living dead
pineapple express.
I loved zombie strippers. I still think Judd Apatow and Seth rogans movies are overrated tho.

Nice. Great movies.
It's the special edition with both versions.
And yeah Into the Wild is a great film. Haven't read the book, but want to.

Re: Recent Movie purchases.
Just yesterday, I purchased a NEW DVD at Wallyworld, which was unusual. Most of my DVDs I got at yard sales.
It was a Pam Grier double-feature, both blaxploitation films from the 70s--one was entitled Coffey, I forget the other one.

Re: Recent Movie purchases.
Office Space
Live Free or Die Hard
Boat Trip (was actually given to me)
The Wicksboro Incident
The Eye (Not bad for a horror film (which I generally hate as a rule of thumb))

I have seen quite a few shitty bluray transfers, but I will pick up Donnie Darko.
