I need something to do with this space

Digging isn't possible since the terrain is located next to a river and therefore floodable (which happens about 1 time a year). Any illegal activities aren't possible either (such as growing marijuana). I need ideas!.
The dirt spot you see has been used to make bonfires.

The yellow circles is the total property owned by my grand-parents (Yeah, that include the small forest part on the other side of the river.)
The blue circle is where the chalet is.

I like the fort idea, thought there's already a Chalet on the terrain which isn't shown in the picture. The whole place is owned by my grand-parents.
