bills to pay

I am stuck with a large hospital bill after a recent visit. I'm really trying to pay it but I don't have a job right now. If i send them say $100-200 a month until it is payed off/ I get a job, do you guys think my credit will be affected? Would it be brought to court? Does anyone know how this works?

My ex girlfriend got her food ran over by a car and she was on a payment thingy like that. Then she got payed a buncha money cuz her dad died when she was a kid and she met some dude with more money than me and so she left me. haha, fuckin bitch...

Americans are just too paranoid. Most of the things Americans go to the hospital for aren't even that bad and most sicknesses can be cured with herbal remedies. I wouldn't go to the doctor unless I had something really bad. Anyone scared of the Swine Flu? 9000 cases of it now.

Last time I went to a hospital was for my ear drum perforating and before that I cut my hand open and needed some stitches.

If you can't arrange a payment plan with the hospital then take out a loan and pay that back. I thought we had already told you how to go about this.

Yes you did. I consulted the hospital about a payment plan and they told me the lowest they could do was 400 something a month.

It seemed as if my only other option was to just pay whatever I could a month. I looked up my second choice on the good old google and it seemed as if they couldn't bring it to collections/court if i did so. I am now leaning towards this alternative and was just wondering if it was going to fuck my credit in the ass.

Take out the loan and improve your credit. I'm sure you can find someone to cosign considering the circumstances.

^the story behind that post?...I dated this crazy fucking screamo chick one time. She seemed pretty cool at first but after a while I realized she was completely out of her mind insane.

Turned out at the end she just wanted money...she got a job at a gas station and the first dude with some real money that asked her out; she bailed. haha kinda funny in retrospect. Last I heard she gained like 60 pounds cuz all she does is sit around and watch TV now. haha.

Anyway, I was reminded of it when Diesel said something about a payment plan to pay off medical bills, because thats what she had and she bitched about it constantly.

Care not for your credit, worry not about hospital bills. Life goes on, my friend. These are economic tricks designed to sap your income. Federal taxes subsidize unpaid hospital bills. Unless you were treated by a third party medical facility (such as an MRI facility) your credit won't be affected.

Woohoo for free healthcare.

I had my apendix removed in a hurry in the middle of the night.(23:15 to be exact)
From the time I entered the hospital until I woke up from surgery and went home, it cost me $12.
