Don't listen to this goon. Any problems people have had with Coricidin is because of their own stupidity.

But yes, eight is enough to feel the effects of it. Just be careful not to over do it as the CPM can be particularly hard on the body- if not fatal- at higher doses. But it can also make you feel quite nice.

No worries. It's good that you're asking first and tripping later.

Eight is not at all dangerous unless you have some allergic reaction to it, which is unlikely. If you are afraid of this, it would be a good idea to take the normal dose (1-2 every 4-6 hours, I believe) to see if you have an allergic reaction.

I would say after this it is safe up until 16, and after that the risk of bodily harm increases gradually, but not significantly. If you are planning on taking a higher dose of DXM, try Robitussin Gelcaps or an equivalent generic brand.

I'd suggest visiting erowid.org for more information. It's where I went when I got curious about DXM.

This sounds like your first time with DXM. Be careful and take it slow, but most of all, have fun!
