Ladies, what do you think of guys who wear tight jeans? I wear baggy jeans, but I have friends who wear tight jeans and seem to get a fair amount of female companions. Thoughts? Opinions?

I'm a guy. I used to wear baggy jeans when I was younger and into the whole hip-hop thing. Now I think it just makes you look like a) an idiot, or b) sloppy.

That said, if you don't have lean/skinny legs, then you shouldn't wear tight jeans.

But you know, I think when people say "tight", they usually simply mean jeans that fit. If it's so tight that you gotta squeeze into them and can't really bend your legs, I'd say that's way too tight for a guy.

I have to agree with you on this.

My upper legs are rather muscular, so that's usually the tightest fitting part. I also prefer that the bottoms are flared a bit, pretty much all my jeans are "bootcut."

My legs are a bit too big to look good in close-fitting jeans. I'll be cycling something like five miles a day to get to work all summer too so that's not gonna change anytime soon. I own straight-cut jeans but don't like how they fit over most of my shoes as much as boot-cut jeans, which make up the majority of the jeans I own. I also dislike plain-looking jeans and try to buy 'em with interesting washes, stitching and/or creasing (never pre-damaged though).

I usually wear close-fitting t-shirts and low-rise, fairly loose-fitting (not overly baggy) boot-cut jeans. Guys in tight clothes from top to toe look weird to me; I can understand why a lot of people like the look but it sure wouldn't suit me.
