Poppy seed tea

So I was looking around at Wal-Mart. They sell poppy seeds in a little plastic containers and they contain 3.5 ounces each. How many ounces would I be needing for a good brew with an average tolerance?

somewhere between 4 and 10 I imagine, depending on how well they rinse the opiates off. Seeds are usually ony worth buying from indy/organic/bulk sources

Ok a new question then, has anyone ever used seeds from Wal-Mart? I know they weren't McCormic but they were some brand that I didn't really know.

Also, you said they rinse their seeds most likely? Where else could I look for some seeds? I think these seeds were around $5 for 3.5 ounces, is that a high price?
