2. Yes, but it is hard, and requires intimate knowledge of cell phones. Or, you can just pay for it. It's some black people service. I kid you not.

Yes, if you have their name and address you call every cell carrier and S/E to see if they have a current account, if they do then you go on and get that number.

As for two, yes it's called ANI spoofing and its damn easier now thanks to introduction of VOIP telephony.

Or you get their home number and call pretending to be selling something important and ask them a couple questions including other methods of contact( email and cell number)

A lot of idiots put their cell number on Facebook, just check
