Hey there,

I got an acre of land for sale/rent near parawon, iron county utah. I'm willing to give up for some cash (range 4,000 to 5,000 US dollars)

I haven't seen it yet but from what I heard talkling to the county recorder, it's quite in the middle of nowhere. And from looking up on google. a ghost town isn't that far off from it.

No water rights are attached to the deed.
Land taxes are ten US dollars a year.

I'm also willing to rent it out for those traveling cross country cheap.

Has it been surveyed? Are there protective covenants in place? Is there vehicle access? Are the nearby roads maintained by the county, or private? Is the land approved for a septic system? Are you able to build on the land? The title's clear? Is there power available to the location?

Sounds kinda high dollar for a barren piece of land in the middle of nowhere.

The best I can offer is twenty beaver pelts,two mules,six cows,one rooster with twelve hens and a partridge in a pear tree...

Oh thanks for correcting me on the spelling.

I don't know much about the property other then no water rights (going to have to contact a water broker for that. Last time I checked it cost about five grand an acre) being clear and in my name.

Vox, I haven't been there myself yet. I plan to next week to take pictures when I head out for my trip to hawaii.

From what I got from the county recorders office, its quite a drive from any main roads.

I'll call them later today and get an idea where it is.

I also have scans of my deed and other paper work (map of the lot and surronding lots, list of owners, etc.). If you want to see them, let me know.

OKay I have the directions,

You start from cedar city and the nearest road to it is SR 56 and 60 miles west of that road.

And its 15 miles from the nevada border, not that far from the ghost town Mondena.

Appearntly I don't have all the information to sell/rent this right now.
