Body enhancement

If you could, would you replace parts of your body with artificial parts that worked better? I would be down for some bionic eyes with zoom and night vision and HUD and cool shit like that. Or replacing my legs and arms to make me much faster and stronger. And retractable claws on my hands thanks very much.

I would be more worried about messing with the brain though, but I guess we could have a much better understanding of it by then. Thoughts? Is it likely this will be a real issue in the next 70 years or so?
