Id just like to inform anyone whos thinking about joining the military to consider a job corps instead, I know there's useres here that are probably not familiar with them but theyre in every state, its free and you go for two years and they house you, feed you aplenty, pay you and train you in your chosen field- www.jobcorps.dol.gov - a much better considration than the armed forces, and I got denied to the Army because of my criminal history thank god but the job corps accepted me.

This is also a good choice for people with no balls, or who frequently bleed from their mangina.

What about the Glory? The Honor? The Respect? Achieving something in life very little people can say they have done? Being part of the strongest force in the world? Supporting your Country as a Proud American? The free education to any college? Being a REAL man?

I guess if you don’t want any of that feel free to be a plumber…

With your logic someone who goes to university on a scholarship has no balls, nor if a man becomes an EMT in technical school is he a man because he saves peoples lives.

I wasn’t quite sure if you were agreeing with me in the first sentence or not but…you will most defiantly come out ahead financially-not a single expense (if you so choose)

I was not impling an EMT isn’t a Manly profession at all. In fact you are quite right saving someone’s life is very heroic. However you completely misunderstood my point which was; if choosing between blobcorps and the mighty United States Military you are an absolute looser for picking a career path to becoming a clerical servant, or recreational assistant, instead of becoming part of the finest fighting force the world has ever seen. You have completely missed the strongest foundation for your life, and settle to be in the company of people who are partially retarded or were rejected by the US government. I see no relation about going to school on a scholarship, and how it relates to jobcraps or the Military, both of which were my point.

Well, first of all I dont support what the Army is doing, second of all, I dont want to get shot. My cousin whos pretty young served in the Army and got shot in the leg the first or second year there in Afghanistan on guard duty, hes alright but I might not be so lucky..

FUCK Job Corps... I went there for almost 2 years to train to be an electrician and what happened? They didn't even help to get my foot in the door, which they tell you they do. When you leave, they don't try to find you a job in the field you trained for, only a job in anything, which goes against what they told me when I first joined up. Fucking waste of time. Now I'm considering joining up with the Air Force to train to be a Civilian Electrician because being trained in the military will get you more notice than a Job Corps completion. You are a fucking retard if you believe Job Corps will help you more than the military.
