lolwut? An azeotrope is when you can't separate 2 liquids with distillation under normal atmospheric pressure. If you try to distill out ethanol, a small amount of water will boil with the ethanol. It is possible to have 100% ethanol (but not for long, it will absorb moisture from the air), but you need to distill it under low pressure or use a chemical drying agent.

What does that have anything to do with you claiming >95% ethanol isn't a liquid?

Dude, you can get up to Ashland, Oregon and back in a day. I was able to come out of SW Washington and get to the Oregon/California line in 7 hours.

I'll find out and let you know. It's been awhile since i bought the shit and there are two different kinds of the shit they sell. I know the one is everclear and some other one that they sell in a mason jar but i cant remember the name of it. And 35 a half gallon sounds about right as stated above and i think it's 20 a fifth. And i'll check what shipping is.

At room temperature, at sea level (standard atmospheric pressure), ethanol is a liquid. Pure ethanol boils at 173f. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethanol (on the right, under properties, "Boiling point")
