Default Exercises for improving memory.

I need to improve my overall memory, do any of you know any exercises to achieve this? Not sure if this is the right forum but i dunno where else it would go.

well I have found a file which has increased my general cognitive abilities.
memory, concentration,comprehension etc.
file basically exercises the brainwaves for your mind processes.
if you interested in it, message me
its a file you listen to 40 mins a day though, but i have seen some drastic life changing effects from this single file

If anyone mentions Brain Age or any similar program, they are full of bullshit. The skills you "train" in it, are just that, skills. They do not increase your memory, mental capacity or any other bullshit they write all over the box.


In essence, you're only learning how to add basic numbers or remember which card is where.

If I need my memory at full functional capacity, I pop 50mcg-200mcg of it, depending on the purpose I need it for. I have yet to find anyone who's noticed no effects, and I feed these kinds of things to everyone when I first start using them.
