Freeman accused of affair with relative
Morgan Freeman is alleged to have had a decade-long affair with his step-granddaughter.

The National Enquirer is reporting the veteran actor had an undercover relationship with E'Dena Hines, the granddaughter of his first wife Jeanette Bradshaw.

Freeman, 72, is currently in divorce proceedings with his wife of 25 years, Myrna Colley-Lee, with whom he raised Hines.

The Enquirer quotes a 'close family insider' as saying Hines confessed to Colley-Lee that as a teenager, Freeman attempted to have sex with her after an alcohol-fuelled dinner at a friend's house.

"They stopped just short of having intercourse," the source said.

The affair escalated and continued for years.

Hines, now 27, has been Freeman's's escort to several Hollywood events, including the premiere of 'The Dark Knight'.

His representatives are not commenting on the allegations
