Drink some alcohol and it will just happen. Chances are you don't want to move your body because you are afraid people are watching and judging you, in a crowded club this is never the case. Just loosen up, get a feel for the rhythm and move to it. Besides if a girls grinding on your dick there's not much dancing that you can do.. just keep your hands on her hips, slowly sliding them up and down her body to the beat/atmosphere of the song, hope that helps.

Elvan, I've just checked on google (having just driven Son1 to the All Night Garage so he could stock up on Munch) and sorry but I can't find a picture of it.

Basically it's a solo dance, and you have to be out of your head or at least act like you've been carried away by the fucking fairies, transported by the music.

It can only really be done bare chested (so it's a kinda male thing really) and only by sinewy underfed goths...ie no muscle but lots of definition.

You start by standing straight with your feet a little apart and your forearms locked together in front of your chest. Then slooooooowly under tension
you 'build' the tree with , first with your hands branching up and out and then your arms.

Done right it's a knicker wetter (black silk ones anyway or those torn ones with the picture of the queen on them). Right music, right atmosphere, a suitable amount of stoneness and preferably a little swirling dry ice....

Try and find your way into rhythm by listening and moving around to songs with strong beats and sounds. Try disco. With some songs the music itself does most of the work for you, and it's just a matter of moving along to it. Try it out.
