Frown Newborn Kittens

So I found some newborn kittens under my porch, and I haven't seen the mother around is there any good way to feed them? They also tend to cry a lot, is this normal or are they hungry?

EDIT: One of the kittens has dissapeared(the loud one) but there aren't any signs that it was eaten. So right now I have one newborn kitten.

Very newborn?
Grocery stores sale "cat" milk in the catfood section around here. Try that with some sort of small nippled bottle perhaps, though you may have to go to a pet store or veterinarian for that.

If a little older, some moistened kitten food may do the trick.

But are you sure they're abandoned? Most of the time people assume animals are abandoned, they're not. Unless they look very malnourished or there are already some dead, I'd give it a little time to be sure. You may come back tomorrow and find that the mother has moved them now that they've been discovered.

edit:
If there's only 2, and now only 1, the mother may be in the process of moving them now.

They've actually been under the porch for a few days now. And yes they're very newborn. The eyes haven't opened and there's a bit of umbilical cord on one of them. I always though kittens came in batches of four or five so seeing two alone concerns me.

It's likely they're crying for their mother. If the mother doesn't come back for the last kitten then you're going to have to hand-rear it. Newborn kits need 10 feeds every 24 hour period.

It's easy to tell if they're hungry because they'll move about in search of milk.

first litter is usually small, 2-3. Its normal.
Or the others might have not made it and she ate them.
