One Winged Angel is awesome, i agree. I also like Aeris' Theme, and Still More Fighting.

Cid was always my favourite character in FF7. Grumpy, chain smoking, old failed space pilot with a foul mouth. He was cool. I also liked his back story of saving the girl instead of going into space.
