Default Nutmeg oil guide

This is just a quick recipe book/'guide' with nutmeg oil as opposed to raw nutmeg. Nutmeg oil is just another essential oil that you can get anywhere you'd expect to get them, health food shops, aromatherapy etc, random hippy shops, anywhere you'd find other essential oils, you can also get it in some larger quantities as well off the internet ie ebay. You only need about 2-3ml of oil, so about 2-4 00 sized capsules full to start with, if you want more just try later another day, otherwise it just carries on for too long.
To fill the capsules just pop off the end and fill them up almost to the top with the dropper bottles or alternatively just use a pipette. Push the end on and swallow - they will leak out oil over time sometimes but I just make em up from the bottle as I dose. Warning: this stuff is extremely strong tasting/smelling, hold it in tissue paper so it'll absorb any small spills/stop it getting on your fingers, then wipe down the outside of the capsule if you've spilled any, otherwise it can still be unpleasantly strong taste.
You have to plan ahead a little bit for this because of the time it takes. The majority of the good interesting experiences I've had have gone like this:

Wake up one day, have a light breakfast at about 9am, then drop the capsules at midday. About an hour or two later I'll have normal lunch just as I'm starting to feel the effects come on. This serves a few purposes: don't have too much for breakfast so it doesn't take too long for it to come on, do eat though to have a small amount of food in your system, then at lunchtime a normal meal; if you don't eat at least some with the oil it can cause intestinal discomfort, if you eat enough it'll just have quite a mild laxative effect.
Then I'll really just go on with the day enjoying the high, adding weed/your favourite cannabinoid is a must for a nice time, amplifies the psychedelia but the nutmeg makes it really zen-like and very stress relieving.
w.r.t freaking out etc, I never really have but I've also not had huge doses, if you work your way up and get used to the feeling and 'go with the high' then I'd say there's very little risk of you having a bad trip.
I've found if it goes like this and I've not had huge amounts of food beforehand, then I'd expect the high to last for most of the rest of the day, with the more psychedelic effects lasting into about 11pm at least, then you just feel stoned really until about 3-4pm the next day. After that there's just a nice afterglow which shouldn't be perceptable to others.
And the effects could probably be described as 'zen like' , another 'perspective of consciousness' sort of thing, and just a very 'flow state' where things just match together nicely. It has pretty good visuals too, for example I was listening to some pretty epic acid jazz dosed up good on nutmeg and jwh and I could hear the people singing in the song as if they were right in front of me and with closed eyes I could see people singing and the situations described in it ..

Sounds awesome, could you please try to re-articulate the experience with a bit more clarity?

If the trip is that long, you should have a bit more to add about the effects?
How does it compare to other drugs you have experienced?

Is there Tachycardia involved, do you get speedy and anxious? Or emotionally elated, spiritually collected, like on MDMA?

Well it's pretty hard to explain the effects because it's pretty different to other things, I guess you could almost say it's as if you've taken a small dose of mdma, a lot of weed and some sort of psyche.
It's quite 'trippy', definitely has a 'rolling' feel to it too, like everything is coming into synch and 'flowing', quite 'buzzing' as well, it could be pretty spiritual as well if you guided yourself in that direction.
There isn't so much 'epic realisations about life the universe and everything' - well, there can be, but it's not going to just come out of the blue like it does with other psychedelics. There are some good OEV's and CEV's, with the OEV's being mainly just glowing, buzzing/'alive' patterns and simple shapes etc, with closed eyes for a while I'd start getting more complex shapes and objects etc.
As I said, I've not had huge doses yet so can't really say how far it goes, but it definitely leads to a nice time just chilling and enjoying the high. I'll probably try a higher dose some time and see what it does.
And tachycardia 'can' happen but I've not felt it to be much of a problem at all, again with high doses it could be more of one.
You will have red eyes for most of this period but usually not extremely so.
Also, make sure you stay well hydrated, just drink whenever you need to really and you should be fine.

Should be. Just make sure it's not "fragrance oil." "Essential oil of nutmeg," but "essence of Nutmeg" should be the same thing. Most supplier will list something about their production methods. It it says that the oil was produced by steam distillation, it's legit.
