Iron Man and Wolverine anime

Just a couple of teaser trailers released so far. Possibly a new anime in the style of The Animatrix and Gotham Knight.

I'm liking the Iron Man trailer, but I'm not too sure about an anime-style version of wolverine. Except for the claws, it doesn't even feel like Wolverine. There's no anger, there's no rage, there's no "I'm still the best at what I do ". And wtf did they do to his hair?

They're both unfinished products at the moment. I'm rly hoping they clean up the Wolverine one a bit before release. Shouldn't be too hard. Wolverine's been to Japan plenty of times.

Ironman is great in the action scene but I still dislike the art
And wolverine, ehh, it make me to recheck is Madhouse really the production house?
What's wrong with them?
They create great anime like Monster, Claymore, Dennou Coil, Deathnote, etc

They should use Tsutomu Nihei art style depiction of wolverine in his manga

Perhaps because the target audience is for everybody they try to make it less gore and dark but still this is not a good step to do it.

That's an awesome Wolverine pic.

The only thing I could think of was Wolverine from Marvel Mangaverse or Marvel vs Capcom. Neither would've been good enough for this sort of project.

i was excited at the prospect of an anime adaption of wolverine, however it seems they tried to do a culture crossing as well, with the demons and the japanese style scenery.

iron man looked pretty cool though

I sort of have to agree with you on Wolverine. It looks more like a generic anime samurai with claws. I saw an article somewhere that said that that trailer was an animation test and that the finished product would look very different.

Meh. Gotham Knight was a very cool anime translation of an American superhero. I'm hoping these movies will be just as good.
