Default The Pacific - Steven Speilberg and Tom Hanks present

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e99B80crU3E

Just saw a preview for it, it looks pretty ballin gotta say.
Considering Steven Speilberg and Tom Hanks history with WWII films we know it should be pretty good. Saving Private Ryan and Band of Brothers were epic, this looks like it could be just as good if not better.

Band of Brothers: Pacific? Sounds like a recipe for win to me.

Yeah man, shit can be epic. Saving Private Ryan i think by many is regarded as one of the best war films. This has the same ingredients.

This looks great! I remember watching the first Band of Brothers eight (?) or so years ago, and I can't wait for this.

BoB and Saving Private Ryan were great, but I'm starting to think that WWII is getting spammed a little much.

Dead Snow was about the most original World War 2-based film that we've had in the past decade. Everything has been like, "Oh here's a battle you've already seen, played, and read about!" We need more Vietnam films. Viet Cong zombies.
