How to get "MORE" high

Next time when your stash is getting a little low or you dont have the best of chrons try this. Grab your desired smoking device or joint take a hoot and then run on the spot for 5-10 seconds when you blow out your toke you will feel a kind of head rush and should be nicely stoned off one toke or two.

What happens is when your holding smoke in and running your body is starving for oxygen and eats as much of the air/smoke in your lungs as it can.

He's saying that instead of just holding the hit in longer, if you run in place or really do any exercise while you're holding the hit in, your lungs will automatically drain every last bit of oxygen out of the gas in your lungs. As opposed to sitting on a couch watching TV, where your body doesn't really need that much oxygen and won't absorb as much. Since the THC is in thar too, when your lungs really drain the gas, you get a better hit. This makes complete sense if you passed biology.

The science behind it is that when you're exercising, your heart pumps blood through your system faster. Since oxygen enters your lungs through diffusion, moving naturally from a high concentration to a low concentration and seeking homeostasis, when the oxygen deprived blood is being pumped through your lungs faster by your heart, more of the oxygen will diffuse into your blood and thus more THC will be absorbed. I'm not exactly sure how THC enters the blood though, is that also by diffusion or does it piggy back on the oxygen molecules? If I knew the chemical composition of the molecule containing THC in ganja smoke I bet this would be easier to figure out.

If you don't understand this, it's like a radiator in a car. The faster the engine revs, the more air needs to pass through the radiator to cool it [like more oxygen for your body when you're moving]. If you don't understand that, just embrace the fact that this works.
