Fuck life, fuck rent, fuck working, fuck landlords

Ok, somewhat of a long story. I just got an email from my landlord:

Hi David,
Can you please have your portion of rent as well as the ‘new’ roommates rent available by tomorrow AM?


Now, my new roomate isn't going to be moving in until her name is on the lease, and I lost my last job and am currently $280 short on rent. Wooo. There have been about 6 places that are desperately hiring that I have had extremely successful interviews at, and none of them have phoned back. Not even the fucking theatre, where they need people to work concession as about 10 people just quit. I've applied at over 60 other locations who are hiring and have only gotten those 6 phone calls back.

As for the new roomate thing, she doesn't want to move in until her name is on the lease, same with paying her part of the rent (fair as she isn't living here yet) and yet my landlord wants her to pay her part before he lets her sign the lease, although me and Dallas got signed on before making any payments.

Also, this rent is about $75 higher than it should be, because he "forgot" to post the bills for last month, so he added them onto this month. Fuck I hope somebody phones me with a job opening, and right damned quick.

I was also promised a job by a company a friend works at, but they decided at the absolute last minute, after telling me again and again how happy they'd be to hire me and how badly they needed people, that they weren't gonna hire anybody.

Tl:dr, I'm $280 short on rent, my landlord wants rent from me and my new roomate before he lets her onto the lease, and she wants to be on the lease before she pays rent.

Well, I'd much rather go out and rob motherfuckers than whore my manly self out.

And my landlord was a pretty cool guy at the start of moving in here, but he's getting more and more annoying/pushy about getting rent. He posts the bills a few days late, and then gets really pushy towards us to have it by tomorrow, no exceptions. I am going to attempt to talk to him, as I already have, about getting my new roomy onto the lease, but he wants her to pay first which she refuses to do.

And I am gonna explain to him about having lost my job and should be getting a new one soon, and when I get a new one I;m going to see if I can get an advance on my paycheck.

Perhaps you could borrow some of that from a friend. I mean, $280 is not that bad. If you were a close friend of mine, I'd loan you that much.
