Well, prices are going to be higher in the prosperous major cities of any country, and Thailand is no exception. This isn't really a big deal though, it's still very cheap.

As far as hookers go, yes southeast Asia has a billion prostitutes just wandering around all over the place, but they certainly aren't attractive. And if they are, watch out for the penis.

You don't have to get smart with me, sir. I'm just saying, as a whole, Russian women are more attractive than (for example) Cambodian women, according to the Western standard. If he's gonna go to some country to just get wasted and laid, he might as well do it with some good-looking people.

I'd warn against Russia. If you're sober, you'll survive. But, being that he'll be a drunk tourist, he'll basically be walking around Russia with a large sign on his back saying "feel free to beat my ass"

I actually am Russian so that wouldn't be a problem. I never found Russian girls to be attractive or maybe I just haven't seen them. Anyway I was only planning on the trip to be maybe 2 weeks or so,South east Asia seems like it would best fit what I'm looking for. South America would be cool too, with all the spanish broads and all but It's not safe for gringos in the underworld there.
