Personally, I don't play any instruments, but I just thought this would be a fun thread. Maybe give the winner a custom user title or something? All music is welcome be it you play guitar, drums, keyboard, washboard, whatever. Videos of yourself playing would be better than audio clips, just more proof that its actually you. Or I guess in the recording you could state your username, but thats still less concrete than video. So, post some videos of yourself playing or make a reserve post and add video a later date. I will add a deadline eventually and then make a poll once that deadline is reached.

i play bass as well, but unlike your actual music education, i have self education which means i suck at reading music and only know the G major scale for any sense of music theory :X

i belong in Dethklok. for anyone that has seen metalocalypse, that band. they cant read music supposedly haha.

but i can improv pretty darn well and can come up with some clever unique shit, but it's all under my sense of music so it may suck to any of you. i can probably record some shit of mine when my bass is back home...fucking left it at a friends house after jamming drunk

. I've played the piano for hmm... 7 years . Well less I took a break for a year so 6 years. What are going to do? Compose? Or just play a decent piece or what? Lyrics too? Please specify, since I'm going to use my time to create a masterpiece

I think it'd be better to revamp this thread to be more of a collection of videos (or recordings, if the former is impossible) of musicians on zoklet performing. Since not everyone plays instruments that are directly comparable.

Interesting composition-wise. I liked it. I think it could be better executed, vocals we're kinda messy at some places and the fingers sliding on the bass strings was kind of obnoxious.

I don't know if that is part of your sound or not. I'm not a fan really if it is. I'd say you definitely have a decent song written there and I'm not usually a fan of anything but metal XD.

lol no it wasn't my intention, but I am primarily a 6 stringer, and seldom play the bass...

it is an acoustic electric and that makes the sliding sound worse
