Default Looking for a guitar

*Strat or super-strat body.
*Atleast one humbucker in the bridge that has some heavy crunch.
*Volume nob out of the way of the strings so I can palm-mute all the strings(fucking stratocasters)
*Set neck
*Less then 900 bucks.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like you are in serious need of a Wangcaster, just chuck a humbucker on the bridge, and swap the strings for some extra long and thick pubes and you're good to go!

Look into the Charvel model 5 or model 6

Both made in japan, neckthru, can be had with a floyd or kahler bridge, 24 frets. Model 5 has 2 humbuckers and dot inlays, model6 has 1 hum 2 singlecoils and sharkfin inlays.

You'd be looking at around $500-650 or more for a 5, and $600-750 for a 6

BC Rich Assassin PX3T: Neckthru, 2 hums, original floyd $750

BC Rich ASM Pro: EMG's, neckthru, 24 frets, $800

Good luck

Thanks man. The charvel is looking like what I want. I've been considering the assasin and ASM as well ahah.

We'll see what goes down.

ALSO I forgot, when looking at Charvels. Look for a guitar shaped logo w/ a pointed headstock. All around they are the best build quality you can get from a charvel import

That guitar looks pretty sweet, it's so far the only ibanez I've ever liked the look of. I'd have to play it though as I have hated every ibanez I've ever played.

It doesn't play like an Ibanez. The neck is a little thicker and more comfy. Think Jackson profiled neck. The Wizard neck profile is too thin for my tastes too. Plus you'd have a pretty decent Original Edge licensed floyd to dick around with.

You can pick em up for 400-500 and I think it's a steal.
