Stand-up comedy

I'd always though stand-up was a little forced and a bit lame, right up until recently when I found out just how horribly wrong I've been. Now, I think I've pretty much exhausted youtube's collection of Bill Hicks and Michael Hedberg clips and am still fiending for more.

Any suggests on who to absorb now, as far as comedians go? I'm still pretty much a stand-up virgin so any suggestions would be appreciated. Youtube links are also obviously a plus.

I love stand up comedy. Two very good comedians who I've just recently seen are Daniel Tosh and Anthony Jeselnik.

Went to s Spoon show with an ex (not a huge fan, but she dug em) and while she was dancing around in the front row I made friends with a roadie and we popped some pills backstage. He invited me and my girl to Spoon's afterparty. Girlfriend's real excited obviously, so we go. It was a pretty fucking cool party except for the fact that David Cross was there for soome stupiid fucking reason. Friend of the band or something. I was pretty fucked up on pills by now and I always disliked him, so I just start making fun of him. Like pretty ruthlessly. It was pretty fucking funny, I wish I could remember some of the things I said. But annnyways, David Cross makes a couple of retarded comebacks and then just goes "Oh yeah? Well how do you like this?"

And then he fucking moons me. Who the fuck does that? Fuck David Cross. I had half a mind to just punt him but then all the thankyouforbringingmetoaspoonafterparty sex would surely have dissapeared.
