How does one go about getting a teacher fired?

I have a teacher this semester for a second time, and he is the only teacher for statistical analysis. He is pretty much the reason I have not been able to transfer to a university this year.

He is the worst teacher I have ever come across. I mean that in that he isn't the meanest man alive, but he cannot actually teach the material. His slow talking allows him to due maybe 2 problems in an hour. He is sporadic in his material and doesn't even tell you when various homeworks or quizzes are due online.

One may say that it is me being stupid and bitter about failing, but this man makes so many mistakes in his teaching he could easily confuse another statistical analysis teacher, or someone who uses this type of material daily. He doesn't teach, he de-teaches

Think a very well written letter to the head of math, or perhaps a petition could get him out of his position as the only stat analysis teacher?

We got a teacher put on a final warning by creating a petition and getting everyone to sign it saying the college should sack her cos she can't teach.

Take naked pictures of yourself and put them in his desk then you call the cops and tell them he has them hidden in his class room

Why are you taking it for the second time?
If he sucks, suck it up and learn the material on your own. Take responsibility for your own homework and assignments. That's how university students do it. There's no reason to put someone out of a job just cause he doesn't teach to your liking or style.

My class did this once, but it was the teachers fault. He spoke every lesson about his daughters and other tedious shit - so when everyone got below average we all blamed the teacher (Standardly) and he got 6 months suspension.
