they arent placebos, well i think part of it is, but if they work, why not? isochronic/monaural/binaural beats all have science backing them up though, so im not completey insane ;p

Getting a life?

What I mean is make sure you don't just sit around listening to those recordings all the time, but actually go and do things that you listened to those recordings for in the first place.

Yea ive got a life, but alot of the time at the house I spend it on self improvement, i go out on weekends with some friends and work throughout the week
I do apply the "attributes" created from the files
